1. We keep our products in a stock, so they are available at any time and that will guarantee you a delay of delivery really short.

Your order will be delivered in France, inside the European Union, and outside the European Union, from Monday to Friday, the same day or the day after your order is validated and paid, (except bank holiday, and special quotes). Any order made between Friday at 12.00, and Sunday evening will be processed the next Monday, except bank holiday.

When you will make an order, you will be able to indicate a delivery address different from the order address, and so you can directly send a gift to the person that you want to spoil. In that case, we can put a personal message according to the ideas that you would have expressed.

2. Our partners

In order to fulfil your needs, and whatever the destination of your order, we provide you, with our partner a fast, of good quality, and a secure delivery.

2.1. Delivery in France

Our standard delivery is Colissimo Expert (your hand-writing signature will be required), and is delivered by the post office. You will be informed by email about the date of departure of your package, and about the number of the Colissimo; a link, with the procedure to follow, on the website of Coliposte will allow you to follow the different steps of the delivery. With Colissimo Expert, we provide you a good delivery.

We also provide you an optional express delivery at home for your gifts of the last minute. Thereby, concerning all the orders made before 12.00, your package will be delivered the day after, at the address of your choice via the carrier (Chronopost Express). This service is available for the deliveries in France. In case of non-attendance, a delivery notice will be left in your mail box, mentioning the post office, where you will be able to take your package, under a delay of 10 days.

2.2. Delivery inside the European Union, and outside the European Union

To insure you against every risk, we chose to realize deliveries outside France, in partnership with Chronopost International. And thereby, the orders will be delivered between 2 and 10 days.

3. Insurance for transport: you are insured !!

Every delivery is insured according to the real value of the products delivered. Thereby, you are insured against the breakage risk, and lost. In that case, you will be entirely reimbursed for your purchases.
