Some jewels, especially the rings, are made in limited series. In this case, a sign will be added to the description of the jewel and say "limited series".

Reliable packaging
All along the year, for yourself and for your gifts, you can be sure to receive your purchases in a reliable packaging.
When you make your order, you can specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address. This way, you can have a gift directly delivered to its recipient. In such a case, we can insert a personalized message to them into the parcel, following the terms you will have specified in the "comment" box.

Delighted or refunded
We try to add photos and technical information to the pieces displayed, so that you can appreciate the quality better. However, for those of you who would prefer to hold the piece in yyour hands, feel the texture of its material, or try the jewels, in order to make your final decision… It is your right!! After receiving your order, and according to the law L121-20 of the Consumption Code, you are granted 7 days in order to send the undesired product back to us. You will then get the total amount of your transaction back.

Transportation insurance
All of our deliveries have insurance that covers the damages up to the value of the pieces that are sent. Hence you are not at any risk of breakage or loss. In such a case, you will still be given the total refund for your purchase.

Secured payment
We accept payments by debit and credit card, check, money order, and transfer. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, be aware that the security of the payments is processed through the SPPlus system of the Caisse d’Epargne Bank. Confidentiality
